Message	But if it was on the freeway, the only chance that I see is someone entering the freeway and doing something illegal like cutting accross four lanes or something (assuming the racers were not stupid enough to race in the far right lanes). If it was on a smaller public road (I didn't watch either), it's just completely inexcusable. Either way, it wouldn't matter, the persons street racing are the ones that would get their asses nailed to the wall for it if they got caught.
